S01·Origin
When the storm passed, the people remained.
After the storm hit the Leiria region, a group of volunteers self-organized and went on the ground to repair damaged homes. The response was fast, practical and local — made by people, for people.
That informal movement showed what is possible when coordination, craft and willingness come together. It also showed the limits of a response without a permanent structure: volunteers without formal cover, resources without audit trail, families without follow-up after the first weeks.
Team Resolve was constituted to preserve that capacity, build governance, protect volunteers, work with technical partners and apply resources transparently.

Rebuild & report
We execute, document and publish the result without exposing families.
