S01·Origin

When the storm passed, the people remained.

Archive · first interventions

After the storm hit the Leiria region, a group of volunteers self-organized and went on the ground to repair damaged homes. The response was fast, practical and local — made by people, for people.

That informal movement showed what is possible when coordination, craft and willingness come together. It also showed the limits of a response without a permanent structure: volunteers without formal cover, resources without audit trail, families without follow-up after the first weeks.

Team Resolve was constituted to preserve that capacity, build governance, protect volunteers, work with technical partners and apply resources transparently.

S02·Interventions

Three homes. Three concrete commitments.

Each intervention has its own scope, team and needs. We always protect the family's identity and address.

Operational dossier · 2026

S03·How we operate

From the need to a recovered home.

Five disciplined steps, repeated in every intervention, with documented criteria.

  1. STEP 01

    Signal

We receive or identify situations of housing vulnerability.

  2. STEP 02

    Validate

We confirm the need with local entities, technicians and proper documentation.

  3. STEP 03

    Plan

We define works, risks, budget, materials and required team.

  4. STEP 04

    Mobilize

We connect companies, foundations, technicians, volunteers and donors to the intervention.

  5. STEP 05

    Rebuild & report

We execute, document and publish the result without exposing families.

S04·Ways to support

A home needs more than money.

We work with companies and foundations as our primary supporters, complemented by technicians, volunteers and diaspora communities.

Funding, materials, tools, transport, technical services and corporate volunteering.

Foundations

Funding a home, a cost category, housing programmes or operational support.

Diaspora

Community campaigns, recurring support and links to international companies and foundations.

Technicians & volunteers

Construction, electrics, plumbing, logistics, safety, legal, accounting and technology.

A single form, adapted to your choice.

S05·Transparency

Trust is also built.

We only publish verified information, always protecting the identity and dignity of the families we support. Financial figures are published only after formal reconciliation and approval.
